Nice day at the beach in Miraflores

Yesterday before class I was playing around with Christian's bull terrier at the Sniper BJJ Academy. He is such a cool dog. We tied a rope to a toy tire and he put the death grip on it. He was so playful!

Jitz class was great, just a few guys including Raul, and Christian was teaching the class. We learned some terrific defenses on the bottom for half-gaurd passes and then followed it up with some very good training.

After rolling with one of the purple belt's, Raul, there I noticed how good his back attacks are and his sweeps!


After training, Christian invited Carla and I to the beach with him and Raul. We took the route on foot and make it to the sandless, rock filled beach. The water was amazing, the air was hot. This day was amazing. My dream is to train at a gym right on the water line so I could train like I did yesterday everyday... Train, surf, eat... heaven...
